Now’s your chance to stretch, pose, and show off your yoga talents with some of the best at it – cats! Join us for a class led by Ariel Glassman as she takes you through her routine and some of our lovely shelter cats join and show you how it’s done!

About Ariel
Ariel received her 200-Hr certification at Yoga Project. Her training is based on the Embodied Posture Method, an anatomy based, trauma-informed teaching method created by Stacy Dockins. Ariel strives to teach yoga as both a physical and metal practice that is personal to every mat. Ariel is a musician based in the Chicagoland area and enjoys climbing and teaches yoga at Movement Gyms. She hopes to someday bring her cat, Herbie, along for the adventure as a crag cat!
