
An all-levels, low-impact class that fuses the mobility of Pilates with yoga, breath, and relaxation. This format uses exercises that strengthen your core, improve your balance, and help you enjoy moving your body! No weights or props necessary, and modifications and comfort are encouraged. Come with a mat you’re okay being around cats, and an optional towel for extra cushion.
